Vaping or electronic cigarettes are not allowed in Hong Kong.
At the end of October 2021, the Hong Kong Legislative Council passed the third reading of the bill to completely ban the sale of heated cigarettes and electronic cigarettes to protect the health of young people. According to relevant regulations, no one is allowed to import alternative smoking products into Hong Kong, including as packages or goods, or brought into the country by inbound passengers. Offenders can be fined up to HK$50,000 and imprisoned for six months.
